Brand & Design Guide  ·  for editors & designers

Resilience Medicine

The single brand umbrella for Dr. Jason Marr's precision medicine programs. This is the living reference for how everything should look, sound, and feel across all platforms. Working draft ~ sections marked "to supply" fill in as Dr. Marr provides assets.

01 · The brand

One umbrella, premium and clinical

Handle: @drjmarr

Resilience Medicine sits above every program. The look should instantly read as premium, data-driven, and trustworthy ~ closer to a high-end performance brand than a typical clinic. Reference for the feel: Coach Dan Go's consistent, premium profile. Every asset should justify the program's price point at a glance.

06 · Voice & tone

How Dr. Marr sounds

Pulled from his own writing.

Data-drivenScientific, evidence-informedPersonalized For high performersConfident, not hypeyPrecision over guesswork

Speak to people who value a data-driven, evidence-informed, personalized approach. Contrast "the old way" (generic advice, trial and error, biohacking trends) against a custom roadmap built from their biology. Sign-off voice: "Yours in Health, Dr. Jason Marr."

Do: lead with the science and the personalization. "A roadmap built from your DNA and bloodwork."
Don't: sound like a generic wellness or biohacking ad. No hype, no quick-fix language.
07 · Thumbnails & social

Consistent templates across every platform

The biggest visible fix: a uniform, premium grid.

Thumbnail templates to finalize from Dr. Marr's examples. Target: one consistent template applied to all future thumbnails, plus a retroactive pass on past posts so the Instagram grid reads as one cohesive, premium brand. Same type, same accent, same composition every time.
Do: keep one template system so the grid looks intentional and premium.
Don't: mix styles post to post ~ that is the "cheap" look we are replacing.
